As long as you are a certified diver you can join our fun dive. If you are not certified yet, you can take a PADI Open Water Diver course, or if you are not ready to take the course, you can Try Diving with our certified instructor.

Bring your self dive computer if you have one, if not it is available for rent, other than that we prepare everything for you, maybe ocean friendly sun screen that all you need to bring.

Around 45 minutes to max 1 hour depends on how much air left in your tank.

With our speed boat we used to depart at 8AM and back around 2PM.

If you choose wood boat we used to depart around 7AM and back to harbour around 4PM

Die Tauchbasis Diving First ist absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen super netten und tollen Tauchguide, das Schnellboot war in Ordnung, auch wenn sie tatsÀchlich mal den Sprit leergefahren hatten. Alle nahmen es mit Humor !
Da wir in der Nebensaison hier waren hielt es sich auch mit den Tauchern im Rahmen, nicht vorstellbar was hier in der Trockenzeit abgehen mag. Die TauchplÀtze in zentral Komodo waren ein Traum und wir sahen tÀglich Mantas, Schildkröten und auch Riffhaie.
TauchanfĂ€nger sollten sich es ĂŒberlegen hierher zu kommen , es herrscht hĂ€ufig Strömung . Die Crew entschied auch immer sicher welchen Tauchplatz wir anfahren können.
UnterkĂŒnfte gibt es in Labuan Bajo auch fĂŒr alle Preisklassen. Wir haben das Flamingo Avia gebucht, Preis-Leistung halbwegs ok. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

I had a day trip with them on 30/1/2025. They arranged it with a speedboat which departs at 8am sharp. There are 7 guests, 1 captain, 3 coaches and 1 deckhand.
We went to three locations: Siaba, Manta Point and Tatawa Besar. They are all amazing.
The coach is very helpful too, willing to take videos and guide us to a better spot to wait for the Manta. We’ve seen almost 20 of them in one dive. It’s crazyyyyy!
The crew is also very professional! Nice meals prepared, organised arrangements for beefing and gear up.
Overall, I can’t recommend enough for it. If you’re coming to Komodo, please dive with Dive First!

I had the best time diving here!!! For starters, the dive was very personal, we had two guides with me and one other person which made it a very intimate experience. The person diving with me ran out of air before me so one of the dive masters stayed under with me for a longer period of time instead of making me go up along with the other person. I truly appreciated this. The guides also study and read your ability to dive and take you to the dive sites that will best suit you. They also challenge you if they feel you are capable. I really really enjoyed that aspect. Everyone on board was so amazing and helpful and the chef on board was a cherry on top, food was amazing đŸ«¶đŸ»

It has been a wonderful experience I'll always keep in my heart and mind. I've taken here my PADI open water and thanks to my amazing instructor Kate and the always present Claudius that with their professionality have permitted me to live this new adventure with safe and consciousness. They've introduced me in this spectacular underwater world and make me literally fall in love with gorgeous view of Komodo reef and fishes. Thank you very much for your competence and reliability. Furthermore also the boat experience has been really pleasant, excellent food (I'm Italian,so trust me 😜), very well trained and organised crew (they always help me to get ready for entering in the water, to get outside and also to organise my scuba stuff) and also boat was really comfortable. I definitely suggest Diving First to anyone who would like to visit and enjoy the underwater world of Komodo National Park.

I did the 3 dive day trip. I can't recommend this company enough, very well organized and communicative, the service provided was top notch. You can tell the owner really cares and provides an exceptional service. I met him and he's a great person. They provide delicous and prentiful food, towels, bing bangs and snacks for after dive. The diving equipment is newer and very well kept, the crew is awesome as well as the dive master Ricardo. The diving sites we went to were amazing, saw many mantas, turtles and sharks.

Amazing experience! We only had 1 day to dive and were so glad to have done it with Diving First - it was all in all a beautiful day. It was super easy to book, Klaudius spoke great English and was very helpful, and the boat, facilities and equipment were fantastic. It was a very professional and highly memorable experience. We are both advanced divers and were able to the the Shotgun, Castle Rock and Crystal Rock dives which were amazing experiences with the current, and made very enjoyable by friendly and experienced guides. The boat was also so spacious and great to hang out on, and the lunch was freshly cooked and incredible! We also had free coffee, snacks and breakfast, and all in all were very well looked after. We were sad not to have had more time with them and would 100% come back.

The experience with diving first was amazing! I came and asked to do the open water certificate very last minute and they arranged everything for me, they are really on point on everything and make sure to make the dive a great experience on the boat and during the dive and during the training in the pool. The boat is amazing and food is great cooked by a chef on the boat l, breakfast was awesome with fresh juice and some toasts. The staff was very nice and helpful. I recommend this place to get certified or to do fun dives.

Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan diving bersama DivingFirst & liveaboard di Labuan Bajo, Komodo. salah satu diving operator milik asli orang Indonesia. Kami disambut langsung oleh Pak Claudius yang sangat baik dan ramah sekali. Mulai dari kapal "Olympia" yang bisa dipakai untuk daytrip diving ataupun untuk liveaboard (ada kamar untuk 8 orang). kru kapal juga semuanya profesional dan ramah, dan masakannya super enak kayak makan di restoran. diving guidenya dengan Pak Rikard yg selalu siap memandu dan menjelaskan diving spot dengan cukup detail sehingga diving plan pada hari itu bisa berjalan sesuai rencana. semoga di lain waktu bisa bertemu lagi dengan Pak Claudius dan kru DivingFirst & Liveaboard di Labuan Bajo, Komodo.
